- You can also find a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, prayer mat and a safe

WORRY NOT ABOUT CLEANLINESS

As your health and safety are our top priority, we ensure that the property is sparkling clean with professional cleaning and disinfection conducted upon every check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

1. Check-In / Check-Out

- Check-in time: 3 PM (If you are arriving earlier than 3 PM please get in touch - if we don't have any departing guests we may be able to accommodate you)

- Check-out time: 11 AM

2. Document Submission to DTCM

- Upon booking, you will be prompted through e-mail to submit a copy of your and your travel buddies passport copies which will be uploaded to the Department of Economy Tourism and Tourism for registration.

3. House Rules

- Please REFRAIN from SMOKING. This property has zero-tolerance smoking policy. Any smoking evidence (smoke smell, cigarette butts, ashes etc…) will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning

- Noise should be kept to a minimum between 8 PM and 7 AM (as per Dubai Municipality)

- Even though we are animal lovers, we have NO PET policy due to many people being allergic

4. Baby-Friendly Amenities

- Baby cot and a baby chair are provided for our little guests upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with infants

5. Occasional maintenance may affect the building amenities such as pool, gym, parking. These are beyond our control and do no warrant refunds.
